Sunday we headed out to the Fusion Festival in Surrey at Holland Park. There were numerous tents set up selling food from around the world, a free stage with multi-cultural entertainment, as well as arts and crafts for sale.
The food was the real draw; here is a Jamaican smoothie with 5 fruit flavours. Perfect for a hot summer day.
Together with a papusa from Ecuador, and followed by a Romainian chocolate crepe hot off the grill, you have the makings of a divine culinary experience.
